We want you to love your order. Because many of our items are made to order and/or personalised, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind.

Faulty, damaged or not-as-described items:

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Return condition & process

• Items must be returned with original packaging and all components.

• We advise using a tracked service; you’re responsible for the item until we receive it.

• Once we receive and inspect the return (where applicable), refunds are issued to the original payment method.
