Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your order. Because many of our items are made to order and/or personalised, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind.

Items must be returned with original packaging and all components.

We advise using a tracked service; you’re responsible for the item until we receive it.

Once we receive and inspect the return (where applicable), refunds are issued to the original payment method.
